CESA is a former wholly-owned subsidiary of the enX Group Limited, a JSE listed company. Within the group it was made up of the EIE Group (Pty) Ltd, Saficon Industrial Equipment Limited, 600 SA Holdings (Pty) Ltd and UniCape Equipment (Pty) Ltd. It is the biggest forklift business in SA – 39% market share in FY19 with corporate clients like Shoprite/Checkers, Dischem, Takealot, and Clicks. The Toyota brand is the largest portion of the business (~80%) with strong aftermarket support and a spare component. The Rental component provides opportunities for annuity income and higher margins. The Group has one (1) National office, four (4) Regional offices, ten (10) Branches/Depots, one (1) SA Dealer and eleven (11) international dealers.
